Das Zimmer hat 15qm und kann von dir nach Belieben eingerichtet werden.
Am schönsten jetzt im Sommer ist der Garten der mit Palettenlounge und Tisch ausgestattet gibt. Ansonsten gibt es noch das Bad und eine schöne Küche in der alles vorhanden ist, was das Herz begehrt.
Die Lage ist zentral sehr gut angebunden. Man ist in 5min zu Fuß an der U5 - zum hbf sind es 7min, in die Innenstadt an den Odeonsplatz ungefähr 10min. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle die an die S-Bahn Laim fährt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin hat gerade ihren Bachelor fertig gemacht und fängt im Herbst mit ihrem Master an. Sie ist sehr entspannt, kocht gerne, mag Friends und Inneneinrichtung. Wir hatten immer ein sehr schönes Verhältnis und ich bin mir sicher, dass es bei dir genauso sein wird.
Einzug ist flexibel ab jetzt. Es gibt auch noch eine Tiefgarage, die aktuell meine Mitbewohnerin nutzt. Falls du ein Auto hast und es dort reinstellen wollen würdest, müsstest du das mit ihr abmachen :)
Die 750€ sind für die neue Küche, die eingebaut wurde.
