Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
weil unser WG-Pärchen zusammenzieht, suchen wir zwei genauso coole Nachfolger! Um das Gleichgewicht in der WG zu halten, suchen wir zwei neue Mitbewohnerinnen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell. Das Beste im Sommer ist unser Garten, der komplett ums Haus geht und nur zur WG gehört. Die beiden Zimmer sind beide 18 qm groß und haben – wie die gesamte Wohnung – viel Tageslicht. Es gibt eine große Küche, 2 Bäder und einen 30 qm großen Raum im Keller für den wir uns gemeinsam mit Dir überlegen können, wie wir ihn künftig nutzen wollen – ob Sport, Arbeit oder Chillout-Lounge. :D

Hi! We're looking for two new flatmates from the start of June. We'd like to have a nice balance in the flat so we're looking for two girls for the rooms. A couple living with us have found a new home and we're searching for two new people to move in to the two rooms they had rented. The apartment is pretty large and bright. We also have a nice garden for the summer that wraps around our flat that is just for our use. Both of the rooms are around 18 sq meters, on the first floor, and face east so they get tons of sun throughout the day. There is a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a shared 30 sq meter room in the basement that we can all plan how we want to use (sports, workspace, chillout-lounge :D).
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Westendstraße. Mit der U4 und U5 ist man schnell im Zentrum. Die S-Bahn Station Hirschgarten ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur nächste Tram-Station sind es ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten. Auch Supermärkte gibt’s in der Nähe einige. Mit dem Radl ist man super schnell im Westpark, Hirschgarten und im Westend mit coolen Restaurants und Bars.

The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the Westendstrasse U-Bahn station, and 10 mins to Hirschgarten S-bahn, both of which can take you directly to the city center. With a bike you're also able to go to Westpark, and Westend within a few minutes where there are tons of cool bars and restaurants. We also have a really nice selection between a few supermarkets like Hit, Edeka, and a Lidl all within 5-10 mins walking.
Bis jetzt hatten wir ein enges WG-Leben und haben viel in der Freizeit zusammen gemacht. Aber gleichzeitig hat jeder auch sein eigenes Leben und Hobbys.
Wir sind Lukas und Jesse. Lukas arbeitet als Redenschreiber, hört jeden Mittwoch die neue Folge Gemischtes Hack und seine Lasagne ist berühmt berüchtigt. Um guten Sinn. Natürlich.
Jesse ist Kartograph und arbeitet als Software-Entwickler. Er rettet den Pflanzen der WG regelmäßig das Leben und versucht beim Bouldern nicht da zu hängen, wie ein nasser Sack. Klappt immer besser.

Up till now, we've had a really nice flat relationship. We all get along really well and enjoy spending time with each other. We all like to hang out together, and also respect that everyone has their own free time for their own hobbies.
A little bit about us...we are Lukas and Jesse. Lukas works as a speech writer, listens to Gemischtes Hack every Wednesday, and makes a delicious lasagna (a very important point). Jesse is a cartographer and works in software development. In his free time he keeps all of our plants alive and tries his best to climb up some walls.
