Wir bieten eine Untermiete für drei Monate in einem gemütlichen und möblierten Zimmer in einer sehr schönen Wohngemeinschaft (mit 2 Mitbewohnern) in Sendling.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und eine Badewanne. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Im Haus gibt es einen großen und schönen Garten.
Rauchen ist im Gebäude nicht erlaubt, aber im Hinterhof ist es möglich.
In der Wohnung leben ein Gymnasiallehrer und ein Doktorand. Letztere hat einen sehr niedlichen und gut erzogenen Hund namens Nanny (daher ist es wichtig, dass Sie mit einem Hund in der Wohnung einverstanden sind). Wir möchten eine ruhige und rücksichtsvolle Umgebung in unserer gemeinsamen Wohnung zu halten, da wir beide sehr beschäftigt sind und oft von zu Hause aus arbeiten.

We offer a sublet for three months in a cozy and furnished room in a very nice shared apartment (with 2 flatmates) in Sendling.
The apartment has a great large shared kitchen/dining area & a bathtub. The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer. In the building, there is a big and beautiful backyard.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building, yet it is possible in the backyard outside.
In the flat are a highschool teacher and a PhD student. The latter has a very cute and well-educated dog called Nanny (thus, it is important that you would be ok with having a dog in the flat). We like to keep a calm and considerate environment in our shared flat, as we are both very busy and often work from home.

It is definitely not personal, and I wish you all to find a suitable accommodation arrangement in this tough Munich housing market.
Die Lage ist absolut großartig: 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U3 (Brudermuhlstraße) und direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle mit einer hohen Frequenz von Bussen. Sie genießen die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum UND die Qualität einer ruhigen und sicheren Nachbarschaft, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Isar entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Restaurants.
The location is absolutely great: 5-minute walk from U3 (Brudermuhlstrasse) and right next to a bus station with a high frequency of buses. You get to enjoy being very close to the city center AND the quality of a calm and safe neighborhood, a walking distance from the Isar. There are several supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the area.
