Dies ist eine schöne und ordentliche Wohnung. Das Wohnzimmer, das Sie bewohnen, ist etwa 30 m² groß und verfügt über ein sehr bequemes und großes Schlafsofa (1,6 x 3 m). Es gibt auch einen verstellbaren Schreibtisch (60 cm x 120 cm), sodass Sie im Stehen arbeiten/lernen können.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor (top floor) without elevator.

This is a beautiful and tidy apartment. In the livingroom which you will be taking, it is around 30 sqm and it has a very comfortable and huge sofa bed (1.6m*3m). There is also a adjustable working desk (60cm*120cm), so you could work/study while standing.
Other than that, there is a separate kitchen, a separate toilet and separatete shower room.

It is in an excellent location!
- 10 mins walk to metro line 6, directly to city center Marienplatz

You will be living with me. I am at my early 30s, working in IT. I am easygoing, quiet and clean. I like fitness, hiking, reading. Hopefully we can get along well.
