Das Zimmer hat 18 qm ist hell und hat einen wunderschönen Holzboden.
Aktuell ist das Zimmer unmöbliert, aber für so kurzen Zeitraum könnte ich ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch und eine Kommode zur Verfügung stehen ;)
**vielleicht wird nach den 6 Wochen nochmals ein Zimmer frei**
Die Wohnung liegt für die Autofahrer gut angebunden in der Nähe des mittleren Rings.
Außerdem zwischen zwei Buslinien 63 u 54.
Und 7-10 min Fußweg zur U6.
Es ist schön grün hier und man erreicht in wenigen Minuten den Südpark sowie den Westpark.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar.
Zwei sehr liebe, nette und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerinnen (27). Beide sehr aktiv und freuen sich auf Gespräche und ein Gläschen Wein in der Küche.
