Hi! From January 1st 2022 on we are looking for a new flatmate in our apartment at the Westpark.
The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, mini-fridge), but the furniture could also be put in the basement storage if necessary - in any case, no furniture deposit is required. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dish washer) and the apartment has two complete bathrooms and a TV room. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
Once a week, the common rooms of the apartment are cleaned by a cleaning lady, who you would give those 50€/month of the utilities to. Cleanliness and organisation are important to us in order to live well.
Currently, the apartment consists of one girl and two guys in the apartment, which are all working (24-28 years old).
In the house we speak German, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
From now and then we like to do something together, cook or drink 🍳🍻
The apartment is right next to Westpark, with multiple bus stops (Lines 62, 134 and 130), S-Bahn Harras, U6, and supermarkets (Penny, Rewe etc.) all within walking distance.

Hi! Vom 1.1.2022 an wird ein Zimmer in unserer WG am Westpark frei.
Im Moment wohnen zwei Männer und eine Frau in der WG, die alle berufstätig sind. Neben den fünf Zimmern gehören zur WG auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank), die Möbel können bei Bedarf aber auch alle im Kellerabteil gelagert werden - eine Ablöse ist dafür nicht nötig.
Das Appartment befindet sich in Gehweite der Buslinien 62, 134 und 130 und von der S-Bahnstation Harras, U6, sowie diverser Supermärkte und Bäckereien (Penny, Rewe, etc.).
Wir freuen uns von euch zu hören!
