Das Zimmer ist für 2 Monate zur Untermiete, vom 1. Juni an bis 1. August, frei. Eventuell auch für 3 Monate.
Es ist ruhig und zum Innenhof gelegen. Da es ein Mehrfamilienhaus ist, werden hier keine großen Feiern veranstaltet.
Der Westpark ist direkt um die Ecke, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist auch 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Zur U-Bahn Harras läuft man ca. 10 Minuten.
Hier gibt's einen Penny und einen Rewe in der Nähe. Die Stadtmitte erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in guten 10 Minuten.
Alles in allem finde ich die Lage super.
Ich bin Student im Master und bin recht viel unterwegs. Natürlich vor allem jetzt im Sommer. Aber sitze auch gerne zusammen und koche was gemeinsam. Bin sonst auch für alles zu haben und zeige dir gerne die Gegend!
