Hi there!
We're subletting a room in our WG for 1 month.
The room is 10 sqm large, but has everything you need: a big bed, a wardrobe and even a small desk. So everything is ready to move in.
The rest of the flat includes a modern bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet and a nice kitchen. Additionally we have both a dishwasher and a washing maschine.
The flat is located right in the heart of Sendling and is very well connected to the public transportation system with only 5 minutes to the U3 Brudermühlstraße and many bus-stations nearby.
For grocery shopping there are two supermarkets and some organic food markets available by foot. You can also explore the rest of Sendling with its many restaurants and pubs.
Also the Flaucher (a recreational area around Isar) is only 5 bicycle-minutes away.
The WG consists at the moment of three guys: Michl, Joseph and Nic, who are all between 26 and 28 years old and are either students or just beginning their work-life.
