Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß, ist zum Garten gerichtet und man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Es hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine und verfügt über einen Tisch für bis zu 6 Leute. Es gibt einen kleinen Vorratsraum. Das Bad ist relativ neu, hat eine Duschwanne und eine Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es noch ein Kelleranteil und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Tisch, in dem man sein Fahrrad überdacht abstellen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in Sendling und ist ca. 8 min von der U3 Aidenbachstraße entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man auch in ca. 8 min bei der U6 am Harras oder in 3 min bei der S-Bahn in Mittersendling.
Zu Fuß kann man in weniger als 5 min viele Supermärkte (Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura) und Läden des täglichen Bedarfs (Dm, Getränkemarkt, Apotheke, ...) erreichen.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 5 min an der Isar, zur LMU braucht man ca. 20-25 min und zum HB der TUM sind es 25-30 min mit dem ÖPNV.
ch bin Student an der LMU und arbeite nebenbei, also Untertags meistens unterwegs. Ich fände es schön, wenn abends ab und an gemeinsam gekocht wird und du mal mit in eine Bar oder an die Isar kommst (ist aber kein muss).
