Ab 1.10. vermieten wir ein charmantes Zimmer, ausgestattet mit einem geräumigen Schrank, Bett (ohne Matraze), und einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Da das Zimmer relativ klein ist verfügen wir über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, welches auch gerne von dir mitbenutzt werden kann. Bilder des Zimmers schicke ich gerne auf Anfrage.

We will have a partially furnished room available for rent from 1.10 with bed (140x200 cm bed but no mattress), closet, and a small desk. The room is furnished with a built-in closet. Although the room itself is quite small, there is also a living room and terrace, which you could also use as you please. We could gladly send you pictures if you like. :)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist eher ruhig aber dennoch sehr gut an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Die Haltestelle Harras ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort hat man Anschluss an U6, S7, S20, BOB und die Buslinien 53, 54, 130, 132, 134, N40, N41, X30.
Läden für den täglichen Bedarf sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Flaucher/Isar ist mit dem Radl in 5 min zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with many connections to public transportation nearby. The Harras Ubahn stop is 4 minutes away on foot. There you have connections to the U6, S7 and S20 sbahn, BOB, and buslines 53, 54, 130, 132, 134, N40, N41, X30.
Grocery stores and a bakery are also around the corner. The Isar is also not too far away with a bicycle.
Die WG soll nicht als reine Zweck-WG funktionieren, aber gleichzeitig auch nicht als Familienersatz dienen. Wir pflegen einen freundlichen Umgangston und einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Falls du gerne deine Ruhe haben möchtest, brauchst du nichts weiter zu tun als deine Türe zu schließen.
Die Küche verfügt über einen geräumigen Kühlschrank und alle Utensilien die man zum Kochen benötigt. Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, haben aber kein Putz Plan und erwarten von dir Eigeninitiative diesbezüglich.
We are a friendly bunch. We like to cook together and have an occasionally beer in the evening. If you don't want to be disturbed you can just close your door. During the day we are usually busy and just home in the evening and during the weekend. We are looking for roommates who enjoy spending time getting to know one another and sharing a meal together in the evening. If you like to cook - even better! We have everything you would need in the kitchen. Cleanliness is a must however to keep a nice living environment.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Terrasse im Hinterhof, welche zusammen mit dem Wohnzimmer ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Weiterhin ist ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden, falls ihr euer Radl da abstellen möchtet.
The apartment has a terrace which can be used along with the living room by everyone. There is also a place to store bicycles in case you have a bicycle.

Legt bitte auch einen Nachweis einer Haftpflichtversicherung bei, da wir uns einfach gerne für den Fall der Fälle absichern möchten.
Additionally we also require proof of having liability insurance (third-party insurance) "Haftpflichtversicherung". You may need to sign up for this in Germany if you don't already have it, and we will ask for proof of this when signing the contract for this time period. Sorry, for that but better be safe than sorry.
