Ich vermiete das WG-Zimmer, weil ich aktuell bei meiner Freundin wohne. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und Parkettboden (Größe 15,61 m^2 laut Plan) und ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Nachtkästchen, großzügigem (beleuchteten) Kleiderschrank, ausziehbare Couch, Fernseher mit Board-Schrank.
Die Lage am Goetheplatz (U3/U6) mit ca. 1-2 Gehminuten Entfernung zur Ubahnstation spricht für sich und ist absolut zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und hat keinen Aufzug. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein Lebensmittelmarkt mit allem was man so für das tägliche Leben braucht und etwa 100-150 Meter weiter ein Edeka.
Mein Mitbewohner Albert (er wohnt im anderen Zimmer) ist ein lustiger, höflicher und hilfsbereiter Typ. Er ist ein 3D-Animationsdesigner, der normalerweise tagsüber arbeitet, aber abends oder an den Wochenenden gerne kocht oder ein Bier trinken geht.
