Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Bürostuhl. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer + 1 großes Wohnzimmer (inkl. große Couch, Tisch und Fernseher) mit Balkon. Küche, Toilette, Badezimmer und kleine Abstellkammer sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle usw.).
Transportmittel in der Nähe: Bus (ca. 5 min), U-Bahn und S-Bahn (Harras und Mittersendling, ca. 8 min).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka, Rossmann, Penny, verschiedene Bäcker (2 - 5 min).
Sendlinger Park ca. 10 min entfernt.
Beide aktuellen Einwohner (Oskars und Linards) kommen aus Lettland, sind sehr offen und freundlich, und musikalisch aktiv (Klavier und Gesang), aber nicht laut. Wir reden beide Englisch und Deutsch, also sind auch internationale Leute willkommen. Wir suchen eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) für die nächsten 2 Monate (April und Mai).
Wir können beide per Email erreicht werden, um ein Treffen in der Wohnung zu vereinbaren.
