Das WG Zimmer ist durch das große Fenster im Zimmer hell beleuchtet, welches zur Hofseite liegt und somit sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Gerne würde ich das Bett und das Ikea Regal ablösen. Über den Preis können wir auch persönlich noch reden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Sendling, nähe U-Bahn Haltestelle Brudermühlstraße. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 15 min mit der U-Bahn
Ich selbst ziehe aus, da ich mich dazu entschlossen habe mit meinem Freund zusammen zu ziehen. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist Mitte 20 und promoviert an der Uni. Sie ist super lieb und bevorzugt eine Nicht Zweck-WG. Gemeinsame Koch Abende und Ratsch Abende sind gerne jedezeit erwünscht bei ihr. Das Zimmer von meiner Mitbewohnerin hat auch einen Balkon, der bei Bedarf mitbenutzt werden darf
