Hallo,
Wir sind Adrian 31 und Masha 25 und suchen eine Tierfreudin gerne auch ein Paar. Die während unseren Geschäftsreisen auf unser schönes Zuhause und unseren kleinen Hund aufpasst.
Dafür bieten wir ein neu renoviertes und möbliertes privat Zimmer in guter Lage Mietfrei für 3 Monate an.
Wir werden evtl ein paar tage in der Wohnung sein haben aber unser eigenes Schlafzimmer.
Das Zimmer hat ein brandneues Bett, Schreibtisch und Garderobe/Stauraum. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Heimkino, Arbeitsplatz und einen Balkon.
Der Hund ist klein und brav und braucht nicht viel Bewegung etwa 3 kleine Runden a 20 minuten. am Tag. Der Park ist vor der Tür. Er sollte nur nicht alleine bleiben und liegt auch gerne stundenlang neben Dir am Schreibtisch.
Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und sicher mit Familienhäusern und Parks. Alles da was man braucht. Man muss das viertel nicht Verlassen da alles Vorhanden ist (Gemüseladen/Aphoteke/usw) 10min Lieferservice.
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert mit einer neuen Küche und großem WohnArbeitszimmer mit Arbeitsplatz (monitor etc) und Balkon.
Wir suchen eine verantwortliche Person oder ein Paar, das sich wie zu Hause fühlt und sich um unser Zuhause wie sein eigenes kümmert.
Unser Hund ist sehr ruhig und ruhig, aber er sollte nicht alleine bleiben, also am besten ein Paar oder eine Person, die von zu Hause aus arbeitet.
Das Zimmer ist sofort verfügbar und ist fertig möbliert.

Hey we are Masha and Adrian,
We are looking a nanny or couple who are sitting our dog and home for about 3month. You ill have your own guestroom the entire time and the whole flat is yours when we are away. There is a new kitchen, decent bathroom and Balcony.
There is an big living room with tv and home office station wifi etc.
The room is rent free for all the 3 Month in exchange for your sitting our home and dog.
We will be in the appartement occasionaly but we will be abroad most of the time. The neighborhood is very safe with nice gardens and little parks. Mostly families. There is everything you need at the main street so you don´t need a car here. There is a10min grocery delivery service aswell. City center in 25min by public transport.
Our Dog is small and behaves well. He needs 3 times a 20 - 30 min walk depending on weather in the little family park next door. He will happily lay next you all day. Its not an active dog but he does not want to be alone.
We are looking for a responsible Person or Couple who will will feel at home and will take care of our home like its their own. Our dog is very calm and quiet but he should not stay alone so best would be a couple or a person who works from home.
