Vom 01.04.2022 wird ein Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25qm groß, sehr geräumig und mit großen Fenstern, sodass das Zimmer sehr hell ist. Es ist das größte in der WG und bietet viel Platz um sich einzurichten.
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer Teil einer sehr gut eingerichteten und großen Wohnung. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Gefriertruhe sowie Toaster, Kaffeemaschinen uvm. - hier ist also für Junkfood Fan bis Rohkostfanatiker alles dabei! Ansonsten haben wir einen großen Flur mit Esstisch sowie Bad und ein separiertes Klo, eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller des Hauses zur Allgemeinnutzung für 2.50€, aber wir wollen eine für uns bestellen.
From the 01.04.2022, a room will become available in our shared flat for 4 people. The room is approx. 25 m², very spacious and with large windows, so it is very bright. It is the largest room in the WG and offers a lot of space to furnish it.
Apart from that, the room is part of a very well furnished and large apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher (the heart of the kitchen), microwave, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and much more. - so here is something for junk food fans and also for cooking fanatics! Apart from that we have a large hallway with a dining table, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Washing machine is in the basement of the house for general use for 2.50€, but we intend to get a washing machine for the flat.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation "Obersendling" (U3) entfernt – von hier erreichst du den Marienplatz in ca. 10 Minuten. Zusätzlich fahren in der Umgebung mehrere Busse, die dich überall in München hinbringen können. Auch die S-Bahn-Station "Siemenswerke" ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Gleich um die Ecke ist die Isar und der Flaucher, die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zuhauf: Lidl, Alnatura und dm sind in 5; Rewe, Penny, Biomarkt und Aldi in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
The flat is a 5-minute walk from the underground station "Obersendling" (Line U3). From here you can reach Marienplatz in about 10 minutes. In addition, there are several buses in the area that can take you anywhere in Munich. The S-Bahn station "Siemenswerke" is also only 10 minutes away. Just around the corner is the Isar and the Flaucher, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Shopping facilities abound: Lidl, Alnatura and Dm are within 5 minutes; Rewe, Penny, Biomarkt and Aldi are a 10-minute walk away. There are also many places toeat or order food, including Italian and Dönner. Apart from food, as far as household goods are concerned, there is a TEDi 10 minutes away and a Hagebau 5 minutes away.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Lukas, Rosa (beide Doktoranden) und Simon. Wir sind eine einfache WG und das WG Leben ändert sich mit jedem Wechsel; zuletzt waren wir eher eine "Sport-WG" wo wir sehr gern miteinander joggen, schwimmen oder zum Kraftsport gegangen sind, wobei jeder von uns auch viel unterwegs ist und sein eigenes Leben hat.
Wir kochen immer wieder zusammen und ab und zu frühstücken oder essen wir zusammen. Eine Party-WG sind wir nicht mehr. Wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben willst, ist das auch kein Problem, bei uns kann alles aber nichts muss.
Du solltest selbst schon WG-Erfahrung haben - erzähl uns einen Schmanckerl aus deiner letzten WG!
Your flatmates are Lukas, Rosa (both PhD Students) and Simon. We are a simple WG and the social life changes with every newcomer :). Lately we have been more of a "sports WG" where we like to go jogging, swimming and weight training together when possible, although each of us works a lot and has his own life.
We cook together all the time, and every now and then we have breakfast or dinner together. We're not a party commune anymore but we are always open to invite some people over and have some sort of brunch. If you want to have some peace and quiet, that's no problem either, that will be respected as well!.
You should already have some experience of living in WG. Tell us some tale from your last WG!
Zur Miete: Die Warmmiete beträgt 597€. In diesem Betrag ist alles enthalten, also Strom, Wasser- und Heizungskosten. GEZ, Internet u.ä. kommt natürlich obendrauf.
Ansonsten sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt und geraucht wird nur vor der Haustür.

About the rent: The warm rent is 623€. This amount includes everything, i.e. electricity, water and heating costs. GEZ, internet, etc. is of course on top.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed in front of the door outside the building.
