Da meine Mitbewohner arbeit in anderen Städten gefunden haben, sind in der WG eine Zimmer frei. Die WG wurde im letzten Jahr renoviert und ist komplett möbliert.Der Zimmer ist ca. 21 qm groß und ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Couchtisch, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Tischleuchte und Regal. Es ist auch mit einem Balkon verbunden, der mit einem anderen Mitbewohner geteilt wird. Kostet (EUR. 700 + 70)

Since my roommate has found job in another city, there is a room free in the WG. The WG was renovated in the last year and is fully furnished. The room is ca. 21 m.sq big and is furnished with bed, coffee table, couch, wardrobe, desk, chair, table light and shelf. It is also connected to a balcony that is shared with another roommate. Total cost (EUR. 700 + 70)
Die WG liegt ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, im Stadtteil Sendling. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Penny -2 min zu Fuß, Edeka/Aldi - 5 min zu Fuß), Restaurants, Apotheken, Bank und andere wichtige Einrichtungen.
Die Anbindung ist auch sehr gut, da die U-Bahnstation Implerstraße nur 3 Minuten entfernt liegt, von wo aus man mit der U3/U6 in die Innenstadt (5 Minuten), LMU (9 Minuten), TUM Garching (30 Minuten) usw.
Parks sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Westpark ist 7 Minuten mit der U-Bahn und Thalkirchen ist 3 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt. Die Isar ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

The WG is located quite close to the city center, in the neighbourhood of Sendling. There are grocery shops (Penny -2 min by foot, Edeka/Aldi - 5 min by foot), restaurants, pharmacies, bank and other essential amenities in the immediate vicinity.
The connectivity is also very good as the U-bahn station Implerstraße is located only 3 mins away where one can take U3/U6 to the city center (5 mins), LMU (9 mins), TUM Garching (30 mins), etc.
Parks are also in the immediate vicinity. Westpark is 7 mins by U-bahn and Thalkirchen is 3 mins by U-bahn. Isar is also nearby, 10 mins by foot.
Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine 4er WG mit 2 Bädern/WC, Gemeinschaftsküche und Balkon. Das bedeutet, dass die Reinigung in jedermanns Verantwortung liegt. Normalerweise haben wir einen Reinigungsplan für alle Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen. Daher ist es wichtig, dass Sie auf Sauberkeit Wert legen.
Normalerweise kochen wir am Wochenende zusammen oder trinken zusammen, wenn es die Zeit erlaubt. Obwohl dies keine Zweck-WG ist, möchten wir von Zeit zu Zeit einige gemeinsame Aktivitäten durchführen.

In total, its a 4 person flatshare with 2 baths/toilet, shared kitchen and balcony. This means cleaning is everyone's responsibility. We usually have a cleaning plan for all the shared amenities. So it is important that you value cleanliness.
Usually on weekends we cook together or have a drink together when time permits. While this isn't a purpose WG, we would like to do some shared activities from time to time.
