Das Zimmer ist ruhig und sehr gemütlich, und hat keine direkten Nachbarn außer oben und unten.
Es sind Bäume vor dem Fenster, was seinen Charme hat. Dadurch ist es natürlich nicht strahlend hell im Sommer, wenn die Blätter dran sind.
Das Zimmer ist noch nicht ganz fertig.
Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig.
2 Minuten zur U-Bahn und zum Bus Partnachplatz.
5 Minuten zum Westpark.
Auch die Isar und viele Seen sind nicht weit.
Ich bin 55 (w) und oft in Italien. Darum vermiete ich auch das Zimmer. Eine Katze (12/Lea) wohnt hier auch😂
Also ein tierlieber Mensch wäre wichtig.
Sonst arbeite ich den ganzen Tag und bin nur am Wochenende und Abends zu Hause.
Das Zimmer ist geeignet für jemanden, der das ganze WG Halligalli nicht unbedingt braucht, und auch mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.
Ich rauche, aber nur in meinem Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon.
Es ist alles da, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner, Badewanne.
Auch schwule Männer kommen in Frage. Oder eben weiblich. Da ich einen Freund habe, und Konflikten aus dem Weg gehen will😂😂😂✌️✌️✌️✌️
