**Biete**
Suche zum 15.06 eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in in der schönen ruhigen Wohnung nähe Südpark & Westpark. Früher wäre auch möglich.
Das Zimmer zu vermieten ist ca 15m2 groß.
Zu Fuß ist man, je nach Schritttempo, in 4-5 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle Waldfriedhof Haupteingang. Der Bus fährt tagsüber alle 5 Minuten und abends alle 10 Minuten.
Ansonsten sind die U-Bahnstationen Holzapfelkreuth (U6) und Machtlfingerstraße (U3) beide in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Edeka und Apotheke sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Südpark ist nur eine Unterführung entfernt und zum Westpark ist man auch schnell geradelt.

WG-Leben? Gern können wir Abends ab und zu zusammen kochen, ein Glas Wein trinken, oder am Wochenende was zusammen unternehmen, wenn die Zeit zulässt, aber das ist kein Muss. Die/er neue Mitbewohner*IN sollte Wert auf Sauberkeit legen.
