Ich verlasse mein Zimmer in der schönen WG am Harras und suche eine/n Nachmieter/in ab dem 1. Dezember 2023. Wichtig: Der Vertrag ist auf sechs Monate befristet! Die WG ist groß und gemütlich, mit Einbauküche und Waschmaschine. Die U6 und S7 Haltestellen sind fußläufig in einer Minute zu erreichen. Einige Möbel können bei Interesse abgelöst werden (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch).
Die WG ist zentral gelegen mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Die U6 und S7 bringen dich zum Marienplatz und Hauptbahnhof. Auch mit dem Fahrrad sind es weniger als 15 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Außerdem gibt es sämtliche Busse und die BOB in die Berge.
Die WG ist offen und freundlich. Wir treffen uns gelegentlich abends auf ein Bierchen oder einen Wein in der Küche oder unternehmen auch mal etwas zusammen. Mein Mitbewohner Andi ist Lehrer, meine Mitbewohnerin Viktoria ist Studentin und Barista.
