Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert u.a. mit einem Doppelbett, einem großen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und verschiedenen Regalen.
Küche und Bad würdest du dir mit meiner Mitbewohnerin teilen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank etc.

I'm subletting the room for a short term until the end of January with a flexible rental period, since I'm not going to be in Munich at the time.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a big wadrobe, a desk and various cupboards to store things.
Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with my flatmate. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Haltestelle Mittersendling entfernt. Mit der S7 oder mit dem Regionalzug benötigt man ca. 10-15 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. In ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg ist zudem die U-Bahnhaltestelle Harras erreichbar.
Supermärkte wie Netto und Rewe sowie andere Geschäfte wie Rossmann sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located 1 minute by foot to S-Bahn stop Mittersendling, from where it takes around 10-15 minutes to Hauptbahnhof with either S7 or the regional train. U-Bahn stop Harras can also be reached within a 10 minute walk.

Ich suche eine ruhige und ordenliche Untermieterin für meine Mitbewohnerin. Sie ist vollberufstätig und arbeitet sowohl von zuhause als auch im Büro. Sie ist eigentlich immer offen für eine Unterhaltung und wir führen ein sehr entspanntes WG-Leben, in dem sich jeder auch einmal seinen Freiraum nehmen kann.
