Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
Weil sich unsere WG auflöst, werden zwei befristete Zimmer frei. (Wir haben zwei Anzeigen geschaltet mit den passenden Zimmerfotos).
Es erwartet dich eine Top Lage. Wir nennen unsere WG die 10-Minuten WG, weil alles in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist: Hauptbahnhof, Isar, Innenstadt, Bahnwärter Thiel, Glockenbachviertel, Autobahn und vieles mehr. Zusätzlich hast du in Sendling alles in Laufnähe, was du so brauchst: Post, Edeka, Penny, Aldi, diverse andere Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurant, Bibliothek etc.. Die U-Bahn ist eine Minute entfernt, der Bus sogar quasi direkt vor der Haustür.
Mein ehemaliges Zimmer ist ab Samstag Nachmittags 02.12.23 bis 31.01.24 frei.
Vorsicht: Das Zimmer ist bis auf eine 140x200m Matratze unmöbliert! Die restliche Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, Küche, kleiner Balkon, und Wohnzimmer vollausgestattet.
Kaution 680 Euro
Deine Mitbewohnerin und die Hauptmieterin, die in der Wohnung bleibt, ist Anfang 30 und berufstätig. Es wäre schön, wenn du schon WG-Erfahrung mitbringst.
