WG-Zimmer im schönen St. Johannis

Hallo zusammen,
ich ziehe aus und suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit ca. 17 m2. Die Fenster sind nördlich ausgerichtet. Bis auf ein Regal würde ich gerne alle Möbel (für 50 Euro) im Zimmer lassen, d.h. Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Sessel sind da. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung auch voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung umfasst 3 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Leider gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, aber dafür eine kleine Sitzecke im Flur, wo man auch gemeinsam essen kann.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr guten Lage im schönen Stadtteil St. Johannis. Hier gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, ein paar Parks und die Pegnitzauen sind auch gleich um die Ecke zum spazieren, picknicken oder auch joggen. Du brauchst auch nur 2 min zu Rewe, zur U3 U-Bahnstation Tram 4 (Friedrich Ebert Platz) und 10 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt.

In der WG wohnen Archit und Ramesh, beide kommen ursprünglich aus Indien, sprechen aber sehr gut Englisch und auch Deutsch. Archit ist sehr sportbegeistert, hat in den USA seinen Bachelor gemacht und studiert in Nürnberg im Master internationale Business. Ramesh arbeitet in Nürnberg und kann sehr gut kochen, am liebsten natürlich indisch.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr nett und entspannt, wenn es sich ergibt, essen wir zusammen oder unternehmen etwas. Es ist eine gemischt WG, also sind sowohl Studenten als auch Berufstätige genauso willkommen.

Wir suchen jemanden, der länger in der WG bleiben würde. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, spätestens bis 01.11. Die Miete von insgesamt 303€ umfasst alle Kosten (inkl. Internet, Strom, GEZ). Die Ablöse von 200€ fällt für die Küche an, das kannst du bei deinem Auszug dann aber genauso wieder zurück bekommen.

Hello everyone,
I am moving out and am looking for a new tenant for my shared room. It is a nice bedroom with about 17 m2. The windows are north facing. Except for a shelf I would like to leave all furniture (for 50 Euro) in the room, i.e. bed, table, chair, closet, armchair are there. Otherwise the apartment is also fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has 3 rooms, a hallway, kitchen and a bathroom. Unfortunately there is no living room, but there is a small sitting area in the hallway where you can eat together.

The apartment is in a very good location in the beautiful district St. Johannis. There are very good restaurants, a few parks and the Pegnitzauen are also just around the corner for walking, picnicking or jogging. You also need only 2 min to Rewe, to the U3 subway station or Tram 4 (Friedrich Ebert Platz) and 10 min by foot to the old town.

In the shared flat are Archit and Ramesh living, both are originally from India, but speak English and German very well. Archit is very fond of sports, did his bachelor's degree in the USA and is studying international business in Nürnberg for his master's degree. Ramesh works in Nürnberg and can cook very well, preferably of course Indian.
The life in a shared flat is very nice and relaxed, if it turns out we eat together or do something. It is a mixed WG, so both students and professionals are equally welcome.

We are looking for someone who would like to stay longer in the WG. The moving in date is flexible, latest until 01.11. The rent of 303€ includes all costs (incl. internet, electricity, GEZ). The 200€ will be charged for the kitchen, but you can get this back when you move out.
