Es gibt auch einen Keller, wo man ein Fahrrad oder andere Sachen lagern kann.

Die Wohnung liegt in Forstenried und ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn-Station Forstenrieder Allee entfernt. Mit der Linie U3 kommen Sie in nur 30 Minuten zum Marienplatz oder zum Hauptbahnhof München. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Park in der Nähe, der gut zum Laufen oder für einen Spaziergang ist.
