I want to rent my WG-ZIMMER (13 sq.m) as I am planning to move out to another house. The apartment is a 6-person sharing wg located at a 6 minute walk from the Solln S-Bahn station. The room is furnished with a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, carpet, and colored LED lights.
From the Solln S-bahn station, you can reqch Munich HBF within 14 minutes. The bus connectivity is good nearby, and there is a direct bus that takes you to Harras, Thalkirchen, Thieresenhöhe, Fürstenreid West.
The apartment has two bathrooms with toilets. The apartment has a communal shared swimming pool and sauna. A bicycle parking and laundry is available in the keller. The apartment also has a backyard where we can occasionally grill. The WG is a mixed community of students and workers.
Netto and Edeka are 5 minutes walking from the WG. Nearby, you also have every other service like Apotheke, Friseur, etc.
I would like to rent the room from 1st June. We can also schedule visits.
Rent: 850 Warm (including ARD ZDF charges)
The landlord is looking for long-term tenants as the minimum contract period is 1 year.

Ich möchte meinen WG-ZIMMER (13 qm) vermieten, da ich plane, in eine andere Wohnung auszuziehen. Die Wohnung ist eine 6er-WG und liegt 6 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Solln entfernt. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Teppich und farbigen LED-Leuchten ausgestattet.
Von der S-Bahn-Station Solln erreichen Sie den Münchner HBF in 14 Minuten. Die Busanbindung in der Nähe ist gut, es gibt eine direkte Busverbindung zum Harras, Thalkirchen, Thieresenhöhe, Fürstenreid West.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder mit WCs. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemeinsames Schwimmbad und eine Sauna. Ein Fahrradabstellplatz und eine Waschküche sind im Keller vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Hinterhof, in dem wir gelegentlich grillen können. Die WG ist eine gemischte Gemeinschaft von Studenten und Arbeitern.
Netto und Edeka sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der WG entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch alle anderen Dienstleistungen wie Apotheke, Friseur, etc.
Ich würde das Zimmer gerne ab dem 1. Juni mieten. Wir können auch Besichtigungstermine vereinbaren.
Miete: 850 Warm (inklusive ARD ZDF-Gebühren)
Der Vermieter sucht Langzeitmieter, da die Mindestvertragslaufzeit 1 Jahr beträgt.
