ein Zimmer (18qm, möbliert) in unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Thalkirchen (Pognerstrasse) wird zum 01.04. frei. (vorhandene Möbel: Kleiderschrank, 1,50m x 2,36m, Bett 1,40x2m, Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl, Sessel)
Zudem gibt es ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (18qm), Duschbad, Küche (EBK), Flur, Kellerabteil sowie eine Terrasse.
Die nächste U-Bahn-Station (U3) ist 140m entfernt. In der gleichen Straße gibt es einen Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank, Supermarkt uvm.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U-Bahnstation Thalkirchen,
Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Isar (350m bis zur Isar).
