Welcome to my cozy and well furnished apartment in Munich! The apartment is now my second residence, so that you have it almost completely for yourself under the week – only at the weekends I am mostly on site.
The center of the apartment is the bright living room with dining table, which invites you to stay and get together. In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment offers everything you need for living: a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, eating, washing and drying. Especially practical is the dishwasher – perfect for everyday life!
The location is also ideal: bus stops are nearby, and in just five minutes walk you can reach the Aidenbachstraße underground station or the S-Bahn S7. This means you are at the main station in about 10 minutes and in about 15 minutes on the highway. The Isar is also only about 15 minutes away – perfect for walks and leisure activities.

Willkommen in meiner gemütlichen und gut eingerichteten Wohnung in München! Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile mein Zweitwohnsitz, sodass du sie unter der Woche fast ganz für dich alleine hast – nur an den Wochenenden bin ich meist vor Ort.
Der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung ist das helle Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, das zum Verweilen und gemütlichen Zusammenkommen einlädt. Neben den zwei Schlafzimmern bietet die Wohnung alles, was du zum Wohnen brauchst: eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen, Essen, Waschen und Trocknen benötigt. Besonders praktisch ist die Spülmaschine – perfekt für den Alltag!
Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Bushaltestellen sind gleich in der Nähe, und in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichst du die U-Bahn-Station Aidenbachstraße oder die S-Bahn S7. Damit bist du in etwa 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in rund 15 Minuten auf der Autobahn. Auch die Isar ist nur etwa 15 Minuten entfernt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und Freizeitaktivitäten.

The apartment is located in Aidenbachstraße 90 in the south of Munich, in the district of Obersendling. The connection to public transport is excellent: The Aidenbachstraße underground station (U3) is just a few minutes' walk away and takes you to approx. 10 minutes directly to the city centre. Various bus lines are also within walking distance. Shops (including REWE, ALDI, DM) and bakeries, cafes and restaurants can be found nearby. Several parks and green areas such as the South Park or the Isarhochufer offer recreation in the countryside. The location is ideal for those who want to stay centrally but still quiet.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Aidenbachstraße 90 im Süden Münchens, im Stadtteil Obersendling. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend: Die U-Bahn-Station Aidenbachstraße (U3) liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bringt dich in ca. 10 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt. Auch diverse Buslinien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. REWE, ALDI, DM) sowie Bäckereien, Cafés und Restaurants findest du direkt in der Nähe. Mehrere Parks und Grünflächen wie der Südpark oder der Isarhochufer bieten Erholung im Grünen. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die zentral, aber dennoch ruhig wohnen möchten.

The living room has always been the central meeting point of the apartment – depending on the mood you could either retreat to his room or relax together in the living room, cook together and turn the kitchen into a small experimental kitchen or enjoy the balcony on warm days. I myself am in Augsburg for professional reasons under the week, where my first residence is also located. On weekends, I'm usually in Munich, as most of my friends live here. Under the week you usually have the apartment for yourself.
Das Wohnzimmer war bisher immer der zentrale Treffpunkt der Wohnung – je nach Stimmung konnte man sich entweder in sein Zimmer zurückziehen oder gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer entspannen, zusammen kochen und dabei die Küche in eine kleine Versuchsküche verwandeln oder an warmen Tagen den Balkon genießen. Ich selbst bin aus beruflichen Gründen unter der Woche in Augsburg, wo sich auch mein Erstwohnsitz befindet. Am Wochenende bin ich in der Regel in München, da ein Großteil meines Freundeskreises hier lebt. Unter der Woche hast du die Wohnung also meist für dich allein.
