Ein großer Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Benutzung ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Zimmerpreise liegen zwischen 590,00 EUR inklusive der Möblierung und allen Nebenkosten wie Internet, Strom, Heizung, GEZ... Also alles inklusive. Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt 9min. zu Fuss von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Aidenbachstrasse U3 entfernt, die direkt zu Uni München fährt. Von der Haustür bis zur Uni sind es insgesamt 20 min. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 25min. Am Haus sind ausreichend Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind vereinzelt auch schon ab 15.09.2021 verfügbar.

For rent are 4 furnished rooms in a shared apartment in a newly renovated apartment in Munich-Obersendling. The apartment has its own south-facing terrace and part of the garden. There are 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is also fully equipped. A large refrigerator and dishwasher are available. Washing machines are available in the basement. Use is included in the rental price.
The room prices are 590.00 EUR including the furniture and all ancillary costs such as internet, electricity, heating, GEZ ... So everything is included. Registration is of course possible.
The apartment is 9min. on foot from the Aidenbachstrasse U3 underground station, which goes directly to the University of Munich. It is a total of 20 minutes from the front door to the university and 25 minutes by bike. Sufficient bicycle parking spaces are available at the house.
Some of the rooms are available from September 15th 2021.
