I would like to sub-lease my room for 3 months from August 1st until the end of October :)
The apartment was renovated in 2021 and is now furnished. Bed, mattress, closet and everything you see in the picture remains :) but if you want to bring some stuff this could also be discussed and arranged :)
The kitchen has everything you could wish for. Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, large fridge and enough space to bake and cook something

Die Wohnung wurde in 2021 saniert und ist jetzt mit Möblierung ausgestattet. Bett, Matratze, Schrank und alles die du in das Bild siehst bleibt :)
Die Küche hat alles was sich man wünscht. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Ofen, großes Kühlschrank und genug Platz um was zu backen, kochen.
Location is great, I've lived here for 1 year and couldn't have been happier.
The Flaucher and the Isar is just a 5 min walk away :D
Marienplatz is is 15 min away door to door by public transport. Bus, Ubahn (U3), everything you need is close by.

Die Lage ist großartig, ich lebe hier seit 1 Jahr und hätte nicht glücklicher sein können.
Der Flaucher und die Isar sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt :D
Der Marienplatz ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 15 Minuten von Tür zu Tür erreichbar. Bus, U-Bahn (U3), alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Because the flat is quite big we often have get-togethers at our place or throw little parties. Also because the Isar is so nearby it is easy to just go spend the day at the Flaucher on sunny weekends :) My flatmate who's staying works as an auditor at PwC and is super friendly and nice. The other flatmate is from Singapore is also super nice :))

Da die Wohnung ziemlich groß ist, treffen wir uns oft bei uns oder schmeißen kleine Partys. Auch weil die Isar so nah ist, kann man an sonnigen Wochenenden einfach mal den Tag im Flaucher verbringen :) Mein Mitbewohner, der hier wohnt, arbeitet als Wirtschaftsprüfer bei PwC und ist super freundlich und nett. Die andere Mitbewohnerin ist aus Singapur ist auch super nett :))
