I am looking for someone to sublet my fully equipped room with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, lamps, mirror and cupboards from 15th March to 31st May 2024. It is part of a house with 4 rooms. You will have 3 other housemates with whom you will share the hallway, kitchen, basement, garage, garden, internet, 2 toilets and one bath. Lidl, REWE, Edeka, Penny, Netto, dm, Rossmann, McFit, Aldi are all within walking distance. The nearest U-Bahn station is Machtlfinger Straße on the U3 line which is around 10 minutes on foot (even less by bike). Staffelseestraße is the nearest bus stand that has buses to the U6 line (Holzapfelkreuth) / U3 every 10 minutes. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe and has a comfy vibe.
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and stove. The basement has a washing machine and a lot of storage space. I am looking for someone who will keep the room and house clean and tidy. You are expected to do the weekly chores and not damage anything. (for this I would need a 500€ deposit which I will refund at the end of the term). I can't provide KVR registration because it's a short term sublet.
