The large room overlooks the garden and is furnished with a bed, bookshelf, wardrobe and desk. The furniture was all purchased in the last two years and the mattress is brand new. The room is quiet and has a nice view.
The room is very bright as it has windows from the both sides. The room can be let also unfurnished.
There is a lot of the storage space, very fast internet.
The house is a five minute walk from the U3 Thalkirchen stop and is close to many markets and restaurants. It is also a close walk to the Isar river and multiple swimming areas, hiking trails, bike trails and beer gardens. The neighborhood is quiet with large family homes next door and a small park across the street.
It is one of the most desired locations in Munich, especially for sport lovers.
The other roommates all work nearby and are young professionals. It is a light and fun atmosphere where the guysare often having a beer together, having communal dinners or hanging out in the living room. The common language in the house is English but the flatmates also speak French, Spanish, Italian and German. During the weekends two of the roommates travel to their main home outside Munich so the house is only half full.
There are only men living at this moment, but girls are welcome to apply as well. We are an international friendly group of people from Australia, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain
Room is available to a couple as well for 50 more a month.
The room is available until April 1st but there may be a chance to extend it. Rent is 750 a month all inclusive. Deposit is 1000.
Viewing will be after work on Tuesday Jan 10.
The house is very large with a big living room, dining area, large kitchen with two refrigerators and all necessary appliances and kitchen tools, basement with washing machine and dryer, large garden with gardener, garage for storage, private driveway for safe off-street parking, large sheltered patio and more.
The place is available to move in as soon as possible, the viewing is on Tuesday, 10th, in the evening.
