Hi! My name is Ed, I'm subleting my wonderful room in southern Munich, near Neuperlach Süd, from the 20th of August until the 24th of September. Move in and out dates can be flexible.
The room (marked "parents" on the floor plan) covers around 20 square metres and thus offers enough possibilities to unfold. The highlight of the flat is the spacious living room with balcony (view of the Alps) and adjoining kitchen.
So nothing stands in the way of a cosy get-together.
Direct proximity to the S-Bahn (S7)/ U-Bahn (U5) and to the night line network; approx. 15 min to the main station. This means that you can also get to the city centre quickly.
All shopping facilities and doctors are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The PEP shopping Mall is also only 2 stops away or 6 minutes by bike.
The room is fully furnished, bed linens are included, clothes and decorations will be of course removed but stuff like guitar or second monitor for working can be left for you to use if you prefer it. Please note that the person who takes the room must be 100% non-smoker.
You will be sharing the apartment with Matthias (24, student) and Saad (27, employee).
Saad plays tennis and table tennis, goes jogging and to the gym. Matthias plays football and roundnet in the club. They are both active in sports and are open to any kind of activities.
We are looking for a nice, open-minded flatmate who likes to do things with the flat-sharing group. But of course they also appreciate each other's privacy. Cleanliness is kept with a cleaning plan in which you will be included. Both of them usually work from home.
