ÖPNV gibt es in der Nähe - 3 Buslinien in 5-10 Minuten Fußweg, die U5 Quiddestraße ist 10-14 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, genauso wie die U2/S-Bahn Trudering. Diverse Supermärkte befinden sich in fußläufiger Nähe.

Our shared apartment is easily accessible by public transport, there are 3 bus lines (5-10 minutes on foot), 2 underground lines (approx. 10 minutes by bike) and the S-Bahn (Trudering). There are also plenty of shops here, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Es ist uns wichtig, dass unsere neue Mitbewohnerin vor hat, langfristig bei uns zu leben. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, was aufgrund unseres Arbeitsalltags und unterschiedlicher Arbeitszeiten jedoch nicht allzu oft möglich ist. Daher kommen wir in der Regel spontan in der Küche zusammen. Wir haben auch einen Garten, wo wir dann und wann gerne grillen o.ä. (dieses Jahr haben wir es nur einmal geschafft).
Wir genießen sowohl me-time und sind auch offen, gemeinschaftsorientiert und kommunikativ und freuen uns über Austausch. Es wäre uns wichtig, dass eine neue Mitbewohnerin offen, tolerant (z.B. LGBTQ freundlich), humorvoll, respektvoll und sauber ist und sich an den Putzplan hält.

Ein paar Worte zu uns:

Dilvan ist ein 26-jähriger Data Analytics Student, der vielseitig interessiert ist und alle möglichen Arten Musik hört - v.a. instrumentelle und atmosphärische Musik. Seine Kopfhörer sind quasi Teil seines Körpers. Er bringt entweder nicht viel mehr als ein "Hey" raus oder redet für Stunden. Das einzige Essen, das sein Körper verdauen kann, ist Lasagne und Pizza oder Essen, das andere für ihn gekocht haben.

David (31) ist die gute Seele unserer WG und ist derjenige, der schon am längsten hier wohnt. Er verbringt derzeit viel zu viel Lebenszeit zu arbeiten und seine Freizeit verbringt er mit Kochen, Putzen, Waschen, Beyonce hören und über Dilvan zu lästern.

Pavan (26) ist das neueste Mitglied unserer WG und arbeitet für die Allianz, liebt es zu reisen und Deutschland kennenzulernen, er mag Kochen, Fotografie und ist wahrscheinlich der Aktivste in unserer WG. Außerdem ist er immer für Karaoke Action zu haben, sagt über sich selbst, dass Gärtnern sein Hobby ist und möchte uns Yoga beibringen.

Sina (35) ist zwar offiziell Schauspielerin, aber wenn man genauer hinsieht, ist sie mehr als das - ökologische und feministische Aktivistin. Sie ist außerdem die Nachtigall unserer WG und es gibt nichts, was man dagegen tun kann, man muss einfach damit leben. Als Zöliakiebetroffene hasst sie Gluten und wird dir die Augen auskratzen, wenn du ihr Gluten kontaminiertes Essen anbietest.

Wir gehen gerne humorvoll und offen miteinander um und dissen uns ganz gerne gegenseitig. Wir können uns sowohl ankacken als auch unterstützend zur Seite stehen.

Vor allem im Frühling bis Herbst fallen außerdem ein paar Gartenarbeiten an, für die wir verantwortlich sind. Im Winter müssen wir Schnee schippen, falls denn welcher fällt.

It is important to us that our new flatmates plan to live here for a longer period of time.
We are an open-minded shared flat that also likes to cook or do something together, but this is not mandatory and is rarely possible due to the different schedules. Our shared house also has a garden where we like to linger when the weather is good and also have a barbecue now and then. We're each enjoy our me-time but are also community oriented and enjoy conversations, bonding and spending time together. We respect each others privacy and usually listen to music via headphones in our rooms. We are happy about nice, open-minded people (e.g. LGBTQ+ friendly) who are also clean and stick to our cleaning schedule. Cleanliness is important to us and there also needs work to be done in the garden from spring to fall mainly. During winter we need to clear the path from snow if there is any.

A few words about who we are:

Dilvan is a 26 year old data analytics student who is diversely interested and listens to all kinds of music, especially instrumental and atmospheric music, but really everything. His headphones are basically part of his body. He either doesn’t get much more out then a „hey“ or he will talk for hours. The only food his body can digest is Lasagna and Pizza and food others have cooked for him.

David (31) is the good soul of the house who has also been here the longest. He has a warm personality and spends way too much time working. And in the meantime he cooks, cleans and listens to Beyoncé and bitches about Dilvan.

Pavan (26) is the newest member of our WG and works for Allianz, loves to travel a lot and get to know Germany, is into cooking and taking pictures and is probably the most active member of our WG. He’s always up for some Karaoke action, claims gardening as one of his hobbies and also wants to teach us Yoga.

Sina (35) is officially a professional actress but if you take a closer look, she is more than that: a pro-ecological/environmental, feminist activist. She's also the nightingale of the WG and there is nothing you can do about it - you need to live with that. She has celiac’s disease & will scratch your eyes out if you offer her gluten contaminated food.

We enjoy humor and dissing each other. We can both bitch at each other and support each other.
