The room has 16 m2 furnished with everything, the apartment is very clean and nice, floor heating, bathroom with window and bathtub, kitchen furnished, laundry room in the basement.
The flat has two rooms only, one is your room and the other is my room. We will share the bathroom, the kitchen and the common garden behind the building. There is a place to eat for one or two people in the kitchen.
Please write a bit about yourself, what is your job, are you still studying, what would you like to do in Munich? What are your expectations when you live with others and how will you spend your time in Munich or your lifestyle etc...
I also wrote a bit about myself and am looking forward to nice letters with information and to people who are more quiet, clean and busy.
I would be happy to meet a roommate who would like to stay in Munich for a limited period of time, for personal reasons, the room can be rented out for a limited period of time only.
Not suitable for anyone who works only from home office. I am searching for someone who would go to work everyday.

Das Zimmer hat 16Qm moebliert mit allem , die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und nett, Bodenheizung, Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne, Kueche moebliert, Waschraum im Keller. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, kein Wohnzimmer, in der Küche kann man essen.
Ich freue mich auf dein Anschreiben, bitte schreib ein bisschen über dich, was bist du beruflich, studierst du noch, was möchtest in München machen? Was sind deine Erwartungen wenn du mit anderen wohnst und wie wirst du in München deine Zeit verbringen bzw dein lifestyle etc...
Ich habe auch ein bisschen über mich geschrieben und freue mich auf nette Anschreiben mit Infos und auf Menschen die eher mehr ruhig , sauber und beschäftigt sind.
Ich würde mich freuen auf eine Mitbewohnerin die für eine befristete Zeit in München bleiben möchte, aus persönlichen Gründen, das Zimmer ist befristet zu vermieten.

Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig, der Bus ist 200 Meter entfernt, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind 5 Minuten zu Fuss.

There is some very important information I would like to share with you:
Cleanliness, communication and respect for sharing are very important in any shared apartment.
It would be great if you had the experience of living in a shared flat apart from the family.
We could sometimes like to do something together (cooking, eating, cleaning, talking...), but it could also be that I'm very busy for a whole week and hardly see you.
Also very important is the cooperation and taking initiatives, for example removing the garbage and starting the weekly cleaning routine.
Airing the apartment every day is very important.
The room can only be rented by one person.

ich studiere Bildende Kuenste an der Akademie der bildenden Künste in München, ich bin 35 Jahre alt , komme aus dem Libanon und lebe hier in München seit 2017.
Es gibt einige sehr wichtige Informationen, die ich gerne dir mitteilen möchte:
Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und Respekt vor dem Teilen sind in jeder Wohngemeinschaft sehr wichtig.
Es wäre super, wenn du die Erfahrung gemacht hättest, in einer WG zu leben, außer der Familie.
Wir könnten manchmal gerne etwas zusammen machen (kochen, essen, putzen, reden ...), aber es könnte auch sein, dass ich eine ganze Woche lang sehr beschäftigt bin und dich kaum sehe.
Sehr wichtig sind auch die Zusammenarbeit und das Ergreifen von Initiativen, zum Beispiel das Entfernen des Mülls und das Starten der wöchentlichen Reinigungsroutine.
Das Lüften der Wohnung ist täglich sehr wichtig.
Das Zimmer kann nur von einer Person gemietet werden.
