Sublet: I'm renting out my fully furnished room while I'm away for a while.

Room size: approx. 10 m², furnished with a bed (incl. mattress), desk, chair, and wardrobe. I can also provide bed sheets if needed.

Apartment: Not the newest, but everything works just fine. The kitchen is small but functional – cooking is no problem.

Bathroom: Shared bathroom for the three of us.

Location: Egerlandstr. 2 , Unterföhring

S-Bahn station Unterföhring is just a 4 minute walk away.

It takes about 22 minutes to get to Munich Hauptbahnhof.

Alternatively the bus station is 8 minutes away next to Unterföhring library.

Private Parking place included with the room. And parking is never an issue.

Flat life: You'll be living with two great guys, both working full-time. We get along really well and the vibe in the flat is super relaxed.

We speak German, English, Portuguese and Spanish

One of us rarely spends time in Munich so it can almost be considered a 2 WG.

Rent (all inclusive): €425/month, including internet and all utilities

Rental period: I’m not sure yet how long I’ll be away, so extensions are definitely possible.
