Wir vermieten immer wieder ein möbiliertes Zimmer mit smart TV.
Wir selbst arbeiten teils von zu Hause, teils am Berg in den Alpen, sind aber viel unterwegs. Dh. man wäre dann auch mal alleine.
Küche ist voll eingerichtet, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden.
Es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck WG, allerdings haben wir eine prima Wohnküche zum Kochen und Sitzen.
Und wir sind unkompliziert und WG erfahren.
Die Lage ist top. 5 min zur Isar, in der Strasse kann man Haare schneiden, Bio einkaufen und leckeren (vegetarischen) Döner essen uvm.
Sollte jemand etwas kürzer und eventuell auch länger das Zimmer benötigen, sind wir prinzipiell nach Absprache flexibel.
We always rent out a furnished room including smart TV.
We ourselves work partly from home, partly on the mountain in the Alps, but are on the road a lot. So one would be then also times alone.
Kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine and dishwasher available.
It is more of a purpose WG, however, we have a nicen eat-in kitchen for cooking and sitting.
And we are uncomplicated and WG experienced.
The location is top. 5 min to the Isar, in the street you can cut hair, organic shopping and eat delicious (vegetarian) kebab and much more.
Should someone need a little shorter and maybe longer the room, we are flexible after consultation.
Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut.
U Bahn U2/U8 in 5 min.
Bus 68 vor der Tür.
