The partially furnished 26 m2 bedroom is in a spacious flat with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, including dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, oven, microwave and induction stove. There is also a 40 m2 terrace with barbecue sets, table and chairs.
The flat is underground, but you get enough sun light, specially in the kitchen, since it's close to the terrace. Even in the room you can get sun light through a small outdoor space.
The flat is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but still pretty central. It's only a few minutes away from the Isar.
You can reach the city center by foot in 30 min.
U-Bahn station Candidplatz (U1) is only 5 minutes away and U-Bahn station Kolumbusplatz (U1/U2) only 15 min.
You can reach buses like 54, X30 and 52 in only 5 min.
There are multiple supermarkets at a walking distance from the flat (<10 min).
We are an international WG with both students and working people.
We all like to cook and sometimes plan meals together.
The kitchen / living room is the meeting point, with a size of approx. 30 m2. We all have enough storage for our personal stuff in the kitchen and share most of the equipment.
We are looking for a social person who's cool with living in a 6 people WG. Life in the flat is pretty uncomplicated. You don't have to, but from time to time we like to hang out and do something together.
As for us: we are one brazilian and two french girls, one dutch and one german guy.
The warm rent includes internet and Rundfunkbeitrag.
The landlord will ask for a proof of income.
The current tenant is willing to sell his sofa, his bed and one shelf in addition to the two shelves already belonging to the room.
Don't mind the mess in the bedroom on the pictures. The previous tenant was here for 6 years 😅.
