Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß und die Warmmiete wären 510€. Die Wohnung insgesamt 95qm mit Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Küche und WC/Dusche getrennt.
Ich würde den Schrank gerne da lassen, bei Bedarf das Bettgestell und eventuell den Schreibtisch. Außerdem beträgt die Kaution ca. drei Monatsmieten (1540€).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Tierpark Hellabrunn, mit 3min zu Fuß zur Haltestelle 52 Tierpark (Alemannenstraße) und zum Penny. Die nächsten Ubahn Haltestellen wären Thalkirchen(ca. 15min) und Candidplatz (ca.20min). Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man auch ca. in 15 min der Stadtmitte.
In der Wohnung leben zwei Jungs (18&25) sowie ein Mädchen (23). Natürlich wird eine gewisse Ordnung vorausgesetzt und der Umgang sollte freundlich sein.
