Supermarkets and various shops and restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot. There is also a gym 10 minutes away. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but is well connected. The Sendlinger Tor can be reached in 15 minutes. For football fans, the FCB headquarters can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and the 1860 Stadium is 10 minutes away. There is also a swimming pool nearby (5 minutes walk). The Isar and the Flaucher can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike and even on foot.

Our WG consists of 8 people of different nationalities.

We are a mixture of young professionals and students in our 20s. To date, we have managed to maintain a balanced relationship between the sexes (4 boys, 4 girls) in the WG, and that is what we want to maintain, therefore, the gender restriction in the ad. Even if living together with 8 people may seem frightening and stressful, I must say that it is a rather quiet environment where you can enjoy your time while enjoying a nice dinner/breakfast with your roommates. If you want to do something with the people in the WG, there is always someone who is willing to do something!


Our flatshare is composed of 8 people of various nationalities.

We are a mix of young professionals and students in our 20s. Until now, we have managed to keep a gender balance (4 guys, 4 girls) in the flatshare and we would like to keep it this way, so the gender restrictions in the ad. Even if living with 8 people can seem scary and stressful, I have to say that it is a pretty calm environment, where you can enjoy your time while so enjoying a nice dinner/fast with your flatmates. If you want to do plans with people in the WG, there is always someone open to do something!

Unsere WG besteht aus 8 Personen verschiedener Nationalitäten.

Wir sind eine Mischung aus jungen Berufstätigen und Studenten in unseren 20ern. Bis jetzt haben wir es geschafft, ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen den Geschlechtern (4 Jungs, 4 Mädchen) in der WG zu halten, und das möchten wir auch so beibehalten, daher die Geschlechterbeschränkung in der Anzeige. Auch wenn das Zusammenleben mit 8 Personen beängstigend und stressig erscheinen mag, muss ich sagen, dass es eine ziemlich ruhige Umgebung ist, in der man seine Zeit genießen kann, während man auch ein schönes Abendessen/Frühstück mit seinen Mitbewohnern genießt. Wenn man etwas mit den Leuten in der WG unternehmen möchte, gibt es immer jemanden, der bereit ist, etwas zu unternehmen!
