Very nice, furnished room for rent for MINIMUM one year. If everything goes well the rent can be extended longer. GIRLS ONLY. 595- per month all incl. (subject to potential gas price increase). Central location, quiet, underground in front of the door (U1 Wettersteinplatz; very close to the Isar). incl. wifi. Nice communal backyard/ garden. You share the appartment with a flatmate from Iran (female - she works in Munich and is very nice and rather quiet). The room is for girls only!
Zimmer zu vermieten min. 1 Jahr (falls alles gut läuft kann der Mietvertrag verlängert werden). 595- alles inklusive (Nebenkosten, Heizung, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag..). Das Zimmer ist ca 12qm, die Wohnung ca 55qm. Wifi inklusive. Es gibt ein neues Bad mit Wanne und eine gemütliche Wohnküche. Die Küchenzeile wurde gerade komplett neu gemacht. Das Zimmer liegt im Hochparterre zur kleinen Strasse hin, die aber völlig ruhig ist. Es gibt einen grünen Innenhof / Garten mit Bäumen, den man benutzen kann. Gleich um die Ecke sind Supermaerkte, Bäcker.. Direkt gegenüber ist die U-bahn Station (4 Stops zum Sendlinger Tor/ 5 zum HBF) und die Tram. Und: mit dem Rad bist Du in 5 Minuten an der Isar!!
Das Zimmer ist moebliert mit grossem Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Kommode. Bad Küche teilst Du mit einer netten ruhigen Mitbewohnerin.
Wichtig ist, dass Du sauber und ruhig bist - keine Party WG!
