Hallo zusammen,
da ich zur Zeit nicht in München Wohne ist mein möbiliertes und komplett ausgestattetes (Bett, Kleiderschrank usw.) Zimmer ab 01. August frei und freut sich darauf, von einem/einer netten, sauberen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner(in) bewohnt zu werden.. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Internetanschluss und Telefonflatrate sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung besitzt eine große voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, einen super großen Balkon zum Innenhof mit neuem Holzdielenboden und einen Keller.
Die Warmmiete beträgt pro Monat 540,00 EURO für alles komplett. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten auf euch zu. Kaution verlange ich keine.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Mangfallplatz. U1 Mangfallplatz ist nicht mal eine halbe Minute entfernt.
Mit der U-Bahn sind es 10 min bis zum HBF. Auch zum Perlacher Forst ist es nicht weit.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.
Öffentliche Parkplätze sind kostenlos und ausreichend direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.
Mit dem Fahrrad kannst Du auch die Innenstadt optimal in 10-15 min erreichen.
