We are looking for a new female roomate.
Starting on the 15th of may or a bit sooner.
Our 6 person (3F/3M between 24 and 32 years old) international WG is in Untergiesing just near Candidplatz.
We are currently all working in various fields.
Don’t be afraid, the flat is big enough for all of us. The current room available is 40m2. The flat is around 250m2.
We share all together a big fully furnished kitchen/living room of a bit less than 40m2. We have access to a 40m2 terrasse and we share two big bathrooms and a huge corridor.
We enjoy to have fun sometimes alltogether in or out the WG, but of course a close door is well understand by everybody here. The noise protection in each room is quiet good by the way.
The room is unfurnished
The flat is equipped with a dryer, a washing mashine and a dishwasher.
One of the bathroom has a kind of spa shower and a small jacuzzi bathtube.
The WG is less than 5 min walk to Candidplatz (U1) at 4 stop from hauptbahnof.
Edeka, bank, bakery and world of wine are nearby.
Izar is only 4 minute by walk with nice place to chill in spring and summer.
The rent is 725 (all inclusive, means Internet, GEZ, electricity costs are included).
