I offer a nice room 14m2 (price including internet, power, hotwater, TV in the room and heating plus 1,5 x 1,5 m partition in the cellar storage) in our Apartment located in south of Munich, subway 7-8 mins walk, bus-stop 3 min. walk., bed 140 x 200 cm, 2 built-in closets, 1 dresser, computer desk, chair (incl. blanket, pillow, bedsheets, towels).
Marienplatz (city center) and main train station is reachable in 9 mins by subway-line U 1.
You will share with Christian (and sometimes my wife Clara) the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, washing-machine (see pics).
Hi-speed-wifi is in all rooms. A 1,5 x 1,5 m partition in the cellar storage can be offered.
München Untergiesing, residential-family area, quiet, clean and tidy, green with lots of trees and space.
U-Bahn Mangfallplatz U1 in 8 min walking distance, Bus 139 and 220 in 2 min walking distance. Grocery markets, bakery, Café in 7 min walking and 9 min walking distance.
The apartment will be shared with Christian, Munich resident, working, often traveling and home-office.
