Großes WG-Zimmer in internationaler WG in Isar-Nähe zu vergeben

Die WG liegt in der schönen Grünanlage von Untergiesing, 10 Minuten von der Isar und dem Flaucherpark entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Penny, Dm) und auch viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle am Candidplatz (U1) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Damit erreichst du das Münchener-Zentrum in weniger als 10 Minuten. Es gibt auch viele Bushaltestellen für die Stadt/Ostbahnhof.

The WG is located in the nice and green area of Untergiesing. The Isar is reachable in 10 minutes by foot and in just 5 minutes you are inside the Flaucher park. Edeka, Aldi, Penny and DM are in 10 minutes radius as well as some small restaurants and shops. The Candidplatz U-bahn line 1 stop is 5 minutes away from the WG, therefore in 10 minutes you are directly in the city center! There are also many bus stops 5-7 minutes away for reaching other parts of the city (bus 54, bus 30, tram etc..).

Wir sind eine 6er-WG von jungen Berufstätigen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern. In der WG leben jetzt: Robin (30, Franzoser, Systemingenieur), Felix (25, Deutscher, Freiberuflich), Julia (26, USA, Studentin) und Karl (26, Kanadier, Berufstätig). Mitte September wird noch ein weiterer französischer Mitbewohner einziehen. :-) Wir sprechen auf einer guten Mischung zwischen Englisch und Deutsch, je nachdem wer sich eben gerade im Raum befindet. Wir arbeiten alle tagsüber, somit ist die Wohnung unter der Woche ruhiger, aber wir kochen und trinken etwas gern zusammen am Abend in der Küche. Am Wochenende machen wir auch oft etwas zusammen in der Stadt.

We are a 6-person shared flat of young professionals from different countries. Right now there are Robin (30, Frenchman, systems engineer), Felix (25, German, freelance), Julia (26, USA, student) and Karl (26, Canadian, working) living in the shared flat. In mid-September, another French roommate will move in. :-) We communicate in a good mix between English and German, depending on who's home at that specific moment. :-) We all work during the day, so the apartment is quieter during the week, but we like to cook and drink something together in the evening in the kitchen. On weekends we also often do something together in the city.

Wir suchen einen/e Mitbewohner/in, der gerne mit uns in der WG etwas zusammen unternimmt. Du solltest aufgeschlossen und kommunikativ sein, allerdings ist uns die Privatsphäre auch sehr wichtig. Es wäre super, wenn du ein gewisses Verständnis von Sauberkeit und Ordnung mitbringst und vielleicht Lust hättest, am ein oder anderen WG-Projekt teilzunehmen. We are looking for a new roommate, that likes to stay in the common spaces and to interact with the people living in the WG. You should be open-minded and proactive, however, we respect the personal space and you are not forced to join the WG-life every day. In our WG we appreciate tidiness and people who clean up after themselves and we were also planning to put some more effort into the common spaces to create a comfy and nice place to live in!
