A clean and well illuminated 2-people appartment in the top of a 5-stock building (with elevator). 660€/month with everything included except the laundry.
It is totally furnished including TV and microwaves and the installations work properly. There is a common room with a laundry only for the neighbours of the 5th floor (eight or nine appartments in total).
I am looking for a flatmate who wishes to stay in the place for at least one year.
It is placed 3-4 minutes away from the U-bahn station of Wettersteinplatz (U1), in an extremely quiet area with probably the best Indian restaurant in the middle of the way to the U-bahn, and you can reach the Flaucher in a short walk. There are two supermarkets very near, as well as hairdressers and a Post-filiale.
