12m2 Room. Sunny part all of sunrises your. Room with a good soundproofing. Unfurnished but some stuff I can leave (for example wardrobe, bed with mattress, carpet, with extra fee 370€).

Pretty close to city centre, 25 min to Marienplatz with S3. There is a park across the road. Quiet district. All shops is around 5-7 min walk Rossman, DM, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka. IKea by the way as well.

Friendly flatshare. My name is Diana, and I must leave my perfect room so I’m searching for another girl on my place. In Flat there is 2 more girls, we are all friendly and very neat. We don’t have any special rules in our WG, you are allowed to invite friends, the only one important thing its just keep clean common area. We have schedule and I made check list for us just for reminding what to clean, only once a week.
We are value our personal space, cause we all working so sometimes being tired, but sometimes we also can drink wine and talk.
