Die Nebenkosten und der Strom, TV, Telefon und Internet werden von der Vermieterin konkret abgerechnet. Alle drei Mieter teilen sich ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Bäder, die Küche und die 60-qm-Dachterrasse.
