22 years old french man student looking for housing (Shared or not)

Hello,

I am a 22-years old french student finishing my master studies at TUM (Technische Universitat Munchen).
I am looking for housing from 01/10/2023 till 31/07/2024 most probably. I am indifferent between sharing a flat or being on my own : I have already been in both situations and was able to adapt easily.
Ideal location is Maxvorstadt but I'll be fine with anything that is not too far from TUM Campus (30 mn public transport max).

I am looking for furnished place, at least : bed, desk, washing machine, kitchen and bathroom.
My budget is 800€. For a shared flat I am simply asking for private room with bed and desk. I don't mind sharing kichen, bathroom and utilities like washing machine.

I am a calm and kind guy who enjoys peace and can simply adapt to most situations. Though I am expecting the same from my eventual flatmate(s) : respect, peace and order/hygiene. I think having a flatmate makes the flat more living and fun but I have absolutely no problem if he/she wants to keep it solitary. Also I must mention I only speak french and english fluently, and intermediate level spanish (no german). My hobbies are mainly sports and music, but don't worry I'll always be working with headphones ;)

I do smoke but outside/ on the balcony : I would like flatmates to do the same (no smoking inside)
