TUM master student looking for shared flat

Hello, I’m Inae Kim, who is 24 years old, female, and Korean. I’m supposed to study as a master student in civil engineering in Technical University of Munich from this October. I’m looking for some accommodation which is available from around October for more than 6 months. My budget is less than 700 euros per month as warmrent including every fee. My budget is less than 600 euros per month including every fee. i want my own single room in a shared flat, hopefully only with womens

I already have experiences to live in several type of way such as living alone, living in dormitory and living with roommate as well. Hence, I can be sure that I will adapt to every circumstances well. I also have been in Germany and Austria as exchange student, so I know the cultures a bit as well. I have been to Munchen by trip with my friends, it was such a good memory until now. I’m kind of active person, enjoying work out and travelling. But importantly, I’m gonna start my study in Tum from this semester, so I’ll spend a lot of time to focus on studying since it’s master program. In addition, I have learned A1 level of German several times by taking courses in Korea and also Austria. But during this semester my goal is finishing until A2 level.

Let me talk about financial status, insurance, and etc. First, for my financial status, since I haven’t lived and earned some money in Germany, I cannot get schufa (request now) document. But I have blocked account money that I need for applying for residence permit. So instead of schufa (request now) , I can prove my financial level with the blocked account certificate. For insurance as well just in case, I already got covered by TK insurance.

The important one is I’m looking for some house which is available for anmeldung(address registration), so if it’s not, please tell me.
