Room in a Shared flat

I am a 22-year-old single male and have lived in London (United Kingdom) over the past 4 years. I have recently enrolled as a Masters in Aerospace student at the Technical University of Munich. I will be arriving in Munich on 13th October and am available to move in as soon as the room becomes available.

I have 1 year of living expenses in a bank account in Germany as per my visa requirement. Hence, I have a stable source of income. In addition to that, my family back home will cover additional expenses (proof in the form of bank statements or other can be provided)

My hobbies include gaming and reading. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker person who generally focuses on his studies. Personally, I prefer a quiet environment which enables me to focus on my work. KVR is a must.
