Berufstätiger suche freundliche WG ab Mitte Februar / 01. März

Hallo zusammen,
ich bin 27 Jahre alt und suche eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung / eine Wohnung zur Untermiete für kürzere Zeit oder eine WG, um erstmal Fuß zu fassen. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Hamburg, habe aber die meiste Zeit meines Lebens in London verbracht. Beruflich arbeite ich in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Finanz und fange zum 01.03.2024 einen Job in München an.

Mein Budget liegt bei 1.300€ warm (flexibel bis 1.500€). Ich suche eine Wohnung, die relativ zentral gelegen ist. Mein bevorzugtes Einzugsdatum ist Mitte Februar, bin aber auch bereit Ende des Monats einzuziehen.

Ich spreche sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch. Bin momentan nur durch wg-gesucht.de erreichbar.

I’m 27 year old and looking for a 2 room apartment, a short term let or a shared flat. I’m originally from Hamburg but have lived the majority of my life in London. Professionally I work in audit and will start my new role on 01.03.2024.
